-Experience simple, calming techniques to center your mind and enhance focus both on the mat and in life. Yes, everyone can meditate!
-Learn pranayama breathing techniques to enhance at-home meditation or to deepen your asana practice whether on your own or in studio classes.
-Learn about studio etiquette and culture so you feel at ease in any studio setting.
