How Do I Sign Up For A Class?

To sign up for a class at our studio for the first time, click on classes, check out the schedule and select "sign up" next to the class you want to take. This will take you through the process to set up an online account and select the type of pass you'd like to purchase. If signing up for a workshop or special event, click on Special Events and select "sign up" below the event you want to attend. Remember to write down your email/password combination for future class registration. If you have problems with class sign-up, registration or have questions, contact us

*It is recommended that you sign up online prior to attending a class to ensure availability, but you are welcome to also sign up at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to class.

What Class Should I Take?

There are several levels of classes offered based on your experience and preferences. If you are new to yoga, we recommend any of our Gentle Yoga classes offered almost daily or the Deep Release or Guided Meditation classes would also be a great place to start. For a complete list of classes and descriptions, click here or contact us for questions.

What Should I Know As A New Student?

What to bring and wear: Wear comfortable clothes, preferably dress in layers, and bring a refillable water bottle (we have filtered water to refill). Bring a mat if you have it, or feel free to borrow one of ours located in a basket in the back of the room (after class, use the spray/towel provided to wipe down mat before returning).

Personal belongings: When entering our studio, please remove your shoes and hang coats/belongings in space provided in the front hallway. We lock the outside doors, but feel free to bring them into the studio as well of you're more comfortable. Ensure you turn off your cell phones before entering the building as other classes may be in session.

Please be on time: Please allow yourself enough time to sign in and settle into class. On your first visit to our studio, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork prior to the beginning of class. During most classes, the outside door will be locked 5 minutes after the class start time to allow for your safety.

Yoga Props: As you enter the class, find a space for your mat. Take note of which props the instructor has assembled on their mat and find the same props for your space, or any you think you'll need for your practice. We also suggest taking an eye pillow and round bolster for shavasana (meditation) at the end of practice. After class, please clean & return all props to their appropriate place. Be mindful to refold blankets to their original fold and clean borrowed mats. As a courtesy, please also be mindful to not to step on neighboring mats as you enter and leave class.

Noise Level: We have 3 rooms at the studio so there is a good chance other classes or services are in session. While in the front entryway or registration area, please hold your conversations to a whisper to show respect for other clients. Please also turn phones completely off whether leaving them in the hallway or bringing them in the classroom.

Other Recommendations:

  • Refrain from wearing strong scents to class.

  • Yoga clothes should be stretchy and invite movement within the body. We recommend practicing in bare feet or with yoga grip socks.

  • Always practice at your own comfort level and let the teacher know if you have any injuries or would like modifications for any pose. We also encourage you to connect with your instructor after class to ask questions about the class.

  • The more you practice, the greater you will feel!

Can My son/Daughter attend class with me?

If you have a child between the ages of 12 – 17, they may attend class with you or another adult. If your child is under 12, we don’t typically recommend that they attend an adult class.  Children should be registered and paid for separately.
