Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of strengthening energy and vitality. It involves using movements to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Come and learn some fun movements to awaken the energy and vitality of our bodies! All levels welcome.

About your teacher: Helen Yee, Co-Founder of American Institute of Alternative Medicine and lifelong martial artist, has been studying various martial arts systems and teaching Tai Chi and Qigong to Acupuncturists, Martial artists, as well as those interested in holistic and alternative approaches to health.
