Autumn Detox - 3 Week series - Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm, Sept. 27th through October 11th

Why detox? Fall is the ideal time for a mental and digestive reset. It is a time to promote clarity and wellbeing in both mind and body - clearing out the solar energy of Summer and preparing our bodies for the coming Winter months.

This 3-week detox will help you:

  • Align with the energies of the season

  • Reset your digestive system

  • Improve your energy

  • Build better immunity

  • Experience mental clarity

  • Kickstart weight loss

  • Learn more about Ayurveda

  • Provide you the support and accountability of a group.

Week 1: Ease in through slowly adjusting your diet, cleaning up your schedule (and your kitchen), and prepping and planning for your version of a detox (yes you get to design your own!)

Week 2: Detox week - cook simple and nourishing foods, simplify your schedule, meditate, do yoga!

Week 3: Slowly ease out. Reflect on what you want to take with you into your “normal” daily life.

In this 3-week series you will be provided with a booklet including reading materials, reflection worksheets, recipes, and other references. We will meet weekly to learn, chat, and share our experiences. All students welcome, no experience required. Limited to 12 participants. Minimum of 5 participants to host.
