Somatic release is a therapeutic practice that aims to release physical and emotional tension stored in the body by focusing on the mind-body connection. Somatic release incorporates mindful movement, breath work, guided imagery, and sound to help release patterns of holding trauma and stress in the body.

Join Kris to breathe, move, and experience the benefits of somatic bodywork in this two hour session. Participants will learn how to tune in to the ways their body is holding trauma and stress, have space to practice the techniques, learn simple effective breath work and intuitive movement practices to incorporate into their daily life, and come away with a sense of empowerment and release from patterns preventing healing. No experience required, all bodies welcome.
