Spring Detox - 3-Session Series, Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm, March 26-April 16 (no in-person class April 2).
Boost your energy with a spring cleanse designed by you! Biologically, nature supports the cleansing of the body in spring. It is a time to clear out the toxins that have built up in your system over the winter months. Detoxifying is an important part of Ayurveda - this includes not only your food, but also your body, and your mind.
This detox will help you:
- Align with the energies of the season 
- Reset your digestive system 
- Improve your energy 
- Experience mental clarity 
- Kickstart weight loss 
- Learn more about Ayurveda 
- Provide you the support and accountability of a group 
Week 1: Ease in through slowly adjusting your diet, cleaning up your schedule (and your kitchen), and prepping and planning for your version of a cleanse (yes you get to design your own!)
Week 2: No meet-up this week. Start your Cleanse - cook simple and nourishing foods, simplify your schedule, meditate, do yoga!
Week 3: Slowly ease out. Begin adding back into your diet and your schedule.
Week 4: Reflect on what you want to take with you into your “normal” daily life.
In this series you will be provided with a booklet including reading materials, reflection worksheets, recipes, and other references.
