Break out of your winter hibernation for some self-care, with gentle yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic self-care practices.

Ayurveda has been described as "the sister science to yoga". It is the traditional Vedic system of medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems. In Ayurveda, each of us has a unique mind-body type, known as a dosha. This is your individual blueprint that describes your unique personality, tendencies, and physical nature. Understanding your dosha reveals how to keep yourself in balance to stay happy, healthy and disease free.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will practice self-care through nurturing yoga, meditation, and learn lifestyle shifts for lasting changes. You'll identify your dosha type, learn ways to implement some key Ayurvedic self-care practices, and acquire tools to help balance mind-body health.

No yoga experience required. This workshop is in-person at the studio and limited to 14 participants.
