Join Anne DiBlasio for an afternoon of yoga, guided relaxation, and journaling.
During this workshop you will be guided to create or expand upon your own journaling practices at home - either as a stand-alone practice, or to complement your existing movement and meditation practice.
The workshop is divided into a series of three practices incorporating guided relaxation, gentle yoga, and journaling. These practices will help to relax the physical body, the mind, and energy throughout the body - to set the foundation for a deeper connection for self-reflection. You will also be guided on how and why to use journaling as a tool for releasing tension and to promote healing for the mind, body, and spirit.
No experience required, and suitable for all levels.
