Change Your Habits For 6 Weeks And Change Your Life…
Most of us know WHAT to do to be healthier but struggle to maintain our habits. Make this your year to keep your commitment to yourself! Join our New Year Challenge and be part of something that offers you support while you recommit to yourself! Address areas of your life including:

  • MOVEMENT & WELL-BEING Attend a studio class daily or stretch/move/meditate on your own

  • SLEEP Sleep for a duration you select, one that leaves you feeling rested

  • HYDRATION Drink ounces of water equal to your body weight (in pounds) ÷ 3

  • NUTRITION Eat nutritious, healthy foods that you set for yourself

  • TIME MANAGEMENT Plan your schedule for choosing important daily activities and saying no to the rest

  • REFLECTION At the end of each day, write briefly about how the day went in your journal and include gratitude

Receive weekly support and inspiration from Balancing Owl Yoga Instructors and Practitioners. Be included in a private group to discuss and share progress. Complete the full 6-weeks and final survey to be entered into a drawing to win prizes!
