Bloom into Spring with nurturing yoga and Ayurvedic self-care practices.

Ayurveda has been described as "the sister science to yoga". It is the traditional Hindu system of medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems. In Ayurveda, each of us has a unique mind-body type, known as a dosha. This is your individual blueprint that describes your unique personality, tendencies, and physical nature. Understanding your dosha reveals how to keep yourself in balance to stay happy, healthy and disease free.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will identify your dosha type, learn about some key Ayurvedic self-care practices for the Spring, and create body scrubs to help balance your dosha. In addition, you will engage in a gentle yet rejuvenating yoga practice and meditation.

No yoga experience required. This workshop is in-person at the studio and limited to 14 participants.
