Free introductory sessions for children ages 7-17yrs.

Is your child struggling to focus? Does your child seem overwhelmed? Learn the art of "how to focus" by using simple mindful practices.

What to Expect: your child will experience the art of mindfulness through basic movements of the body, relieve any distractions and learn techniques that will guide them to focus and pay attention in their daily life.

Fee: FREE! This class supports Vandana Rajagopal, RYT200 as she pursues certification in "social and emotional learning through yoga and mindfulness in children".

Optional Cash Donations: accepted at class for any amount to support the "Ronald McDonald House".
