Becoming Mindful Me for Teens- 2-Week Program

This 2-week program is designed for students in grades 8-12 to navigate life's challenges with more ease and grace. As the season shifts, teenagers might benefit from extra support to handle potential changes such as adapting to shorter daylight hours, cooler temperatures, and increased academic demands. This program was created to offer tools that might help them feel more grounded and relaxed leading into the year's end.

What to expect:

  • Gentle movements to help remove distractions and cultivate focus and concentration

  • Breath work techniques to release tension and harness serenity

  • Guided mindfulness to find clarity in self-reflection

No experience required. All materials will be provided.

Fee: $85 for entire series of 6 classes ($14 per class). *If you have financial concerns about attending, please contact the studio.
