Kid's Mindfulness Class

Allow your child to experience the benefits of mindfulness in a safe, caring space. Children will be given time to focus on self-exploration, relaxation, and connection. Each hour session will involve circle time, independent time, and fun movements to gain awareness into the body. We will use breath work and relaxation practices to find our inner calm, and physical poses to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence.

In-person class held weekly at the studio. No experience required. You can attend a single session, or all four! Classes will be limited to 10 students. Mat/props are provided but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.

All children must have a completed/signed waiver prior to attending. Waivers will be sent through email in advance and can be returned electronically or brought to first class.Guardians please drop off your child at least 5-minutes prior to start time to prepare their space & pick up promptly after class. Guardians must come in to pick up your child.
