Kris Wade, instructor
RYT 200 - Kris found yoga at sixteen, discovering in it a powerful framework for healing from trauma and chronic illness. Rooted in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga, she was immediately drawn to the calming rhythm of breath and movement and the way it helped release long‑held tension and pain. After decades of personal practice, she felt called to share yoga with others and completed her 200‑hour RYT certification at Zen Yoga Studio in Clintonville.
Kris brings a deeply nurturing presence to her classes, informed by advanced training in somatic healing, Reiki, and deep assisted stretch. She creates a supportive space where students can breathe, move, and reconnect with their own capacity for restoration. A dedicated meditator, she often incorporates guided imagery to help students unwind, soften, and return to a sense of balance and ease.

Kris offers Slow Flow & Restore on Wednesday evenings and Gentle Restore on Sunday mornings. She also offers Specialty Workshops and Private Yoga Sessions (see below to schedule).
Private Wellness with Kris
Booking a Private Yoga Session w/Kris (1-2 clients)- Kris provides customized 60- or 90-minute private yoga and somatic release sessions, weaving breathwork, somatic healing practices, asana, guided imagery and meditation to bring healing to mind, body, and spirit. Kris offers personalized sessions (1-2 clients) in our spacious studio blending asana (movement), pranayama breathing, and guided meditation to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Designed to restore balance and calm the nervous system. *Only 1 client needs to register online below- please contact us if another person will be joining.
