Yoga for hips can be vital for both physical flexibility and emotional balance. By focusing on hip-opening poses, we release tension in the root and sacral chakras (energy wheels), located at the base of the spine and the pelvic area. This helps to unlock creativity, stabilize emotions, and help you feel more grounded and centered. Through regular practice, we can experience greater overall well-being and a deeper connection to ourselves.

Join Vandana as you learn more about the root and sacral chakras. You'll be guided through a centering practice before practicing hip-opening poses. This workshop will end in shavasana. All levels welcome.
