Each week you will be guided through a 45-minute meditation session to promote healing, relaxation, and balance for your nervous system. Each class will have a specific theme (i.e. being present, finding you breath, embracing stillness, resting & recharging, gratitude, etc). Students are welcome to sit or lie down during class and use props for added comfort including blankets, eye pillows, bolsters, etc. No experience needed, all students welcome.
