More About Elaine
Q: How did you first come to yoga?
I took my first yoga class without any idea of what to expect in my 40’s. I was unsure if yoga was something I could do, but I quickly realized it was not about flexibility or perfection—it was about connection. Over time, yoga became a space where I could heal, listen to my body, and cultivate awareness, and it has since become a cornerstone of my personal and professional journey.
Q: What are some key ways yoga has supported you in life?
Yoga has transformed my relationship with my body and mind. It has provided a pathway to healing, self-acceptance, and a healthier lifestyle. Through movement, breath, and energy work, I have learned how to quiet my mind, trust my intuition, and navigate life with greater ease.
Q: What do you love most about teaching?
I love witnessing the small shifts in students—those moments when they begin to trust their breath, move with intention, and realize their own strength. Yoga is about creating space for self-discovery, and I am honored to be part of that journey for others.
Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself?
I am deeply passionate about holistic healing, and when I am not teaching or practicing yoga, I love learning more about Ayurveda, intuitive energy work, and self-care practices. I also enjoy being outdoors, journaling, and exploring the magic of everyday life through movement and mindfulness.
Q: If you could learn anything new, what would it be?
I am always expanding my knowledge in energy work and holistic wellness. Recently, I have been drawn to deepening my understanding of sound healing and how vibration influences our physical and energetic bodies.
Q: Name something on your bucket list.
To host a transformational wellness retreat where yoga, energy healing, and intuitive guidance come together in a deeply immersive experience. My dream is to create a space where others can reconnect with themselves and leave feeling empowered, renewed, and inspired.
