Kim Ranly, Instructor
RYT 200 - Kim specializes in vinyasa and slow flow yoga, with additional certifications in yin and restorative. She has taken trainings in Ayurvedic Acupressure and is Level II certified in Reiki energy healing, which subtly informs her calming, intentional teaching style. Kim initially found yoga as a form of healing for her chronic neck pain and migraines, and is passionate about helping others learn about the power of movement as medicine through her teachings.
Drawing on her background as a nurse, Kim brings a strong understanding of anatomy and breath work to her teaching that supports safe, thoughtful, and creative sequencing. Her classes balance creativity with accessibility, creating a welcoming space for both beginners and more experienced practitioners to move with awareness and confidence.

Booking An Energy Healing Private Session w/Kim- Kim provides a tailored healing experience ideal for anyone dealing with anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, or just the stressors of daily life. Sessions may involve a combination of Reiki light healing touch, breathwork and visualization focusing on the chakras, and acupressure. Client feedback has included feeling more centered and grounded, improved sleep, decreased anxiety, improvement in chronic aches/pains, and overall relaxation.

Private Yoga (1-2 clients) - Choose from 60 or 90-minute sessions. Restorative yoga is combined with a Reiki session for maximum effects on your nervous system. We focus on opening up the body's energy channels for optimal healing and grounding. Taking place on your mat, poses are held for longer periods with your body completely supported by yoga blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Breathwork, essential oils, and light healing touch are incorporated throughout.
Private Energy - Held in a private room on a heated massage table with clients fully clothed and comfortable. While listening to a relaxing playlist, Kim's 60-minute sessions use a combination of meditation, breathwork, acupressure, and Reiki healing infused with essential oils. Reiki is a form of healing touch therapy that can stimulate your body's innate energy flow to enable relaxation, relieve aches and pains, soothe tension, and improve symptoms of illness.
