Jen Noble, Instructor
Early in life, I learned that movement helped me to quiet my body and mind. After completing a degree in sports fitness management, I taught aerobics, trained clients and competed in body building. I also ran the fitness center at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and lead corporate wellness for the Columbus Dispatch and South-Central Power.
In 2009, I found yoga and balance in my fitness journey. Yoga taught me to listen to my body and to stop forcing but instead to develop a conversation with the mind and body working together.
Today, I encompass all my experience into my fitness routine and instruction. I believe strength, cardiovascular conditioning and stretch/flexibility are all equally necessary as well as movement with breath and mindfulness.
Jen will offer Mindful Movement Aerobics on Saturday mornings weekly beginning July 25, 2026.
