Melinda VanKirk, Lifestyle & Health Coach

Certified Yoga Health Coach, Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Reiki Master, and active artist. As an empath and energy healer, she guides those seeking alternative and holistic healing to prioritize their wellbeing through Self-love and self-care. Melinda empowers those on their wellness journey to redesign their lives into one they dream of - combining yogic and Ayurvedic principles with habit evolution and simple actionable steps for successful transformation. Her coaching will support you to feel vibrant, inspired, deeply rested, and more energized in your mind, body, and consciousness. Change your habits and change your life - it really is that simple!

What to Expect: This is not a one-size fits all coaching program, as we are all unique individuals with different needs and challenges. In your initial consultation you will review your unique constitution, current imbalances, and specific health goals, in order to develop a customized plan that will work for you. Together you and Melinda will design a daily routine that includes food suggestions, body care, breath, movement and meditation. Receive simple, actionable steps to help bring you back into balance and in-sync with nature’s rhythms. Through this process you will gain a better understanding of how to care for your body and mind through the seasons and stages of life. 

Session Options:

FREE Discovery Session: This complementary 30-minute Discovery session will help you get really clear on your wellness goals. This is an opportunity to have an open and honest conversation about your health and wellness, and to get a taste of what it’s like to work with Melinda. 

6-Week Wellness Kickstart Package- $450. In the 6-week start-up package you will get super clear on your health and wellness goals. Prior to the first session you will fill-out a comprehensive Mind-Body Wellness questionnaire, to help map out your constitution and current imbalances. After each session you will leave with specific actionable items, and receive follow-up information. At the end of the 6 weeks you will leave with a customized Comprehensive Wellness Plan. You will also receive text or email support outside of your meetings to help you on your health journey. Package includes

  • 75-minute consultation session and two 50-minute follow-up coaching sessions with specific action steps. Discuss your progress, obstacles, how to overcome challenges, and stay accountable.

  • Email and/or text support to help keep you accountable

  • Additional wellness resources – worksheets, articles, and other useful information to help you implement your wellness plan.

  • Meal plan and food guidance

  • A customized Comprehensive Wellness Plan

Follow-Up Sessions- $125 - 50 minutes. Continue with your customized wellness plan. Discuss your progress, obstacles, how to overcome challenges, and stay accountable. Receive a follow-up email after each session with additional resources to support you on your wellness journey. Note: these can only be booked following the completion of a coaching package.
