Yoga is healing, strengthening and centering. Yoga enables us to explore our minds, bodies and spirits in endless ways to improve our overall health and
well-being. As I wrap up my 200-hour training certification, I am very excited to share my love for yoga with others. I invite my students to embrace all the subtle changes that take place as we mature on and off the mat. The practice requires a great deal of patience and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go, but the journey is more fulfilling than the end game. The practice is a transformative way of life, aiming for progress, not perfection, and I am enthusiastic to share and explore the many facets of yoga with the Nurture community.
