RYT 200 – Emily’s yoga journey began in 2017 after she started running and needed to find a way to stretch her muscles. She bought a one-month unlimited pass and tried every class on the schedule. After a short time, she found that yoga was more than just stretch. The combination of asana with breath and meditation was a way to quiet her busy mind and calm her anxiety, as well as find a place of calm when life gets stressful.

Emily completed her training through Find Your Edge Yoga, with a focus on Hatha Yoga. She believes that yoga is as good for your mind as it is for your body, and it can help you be a better person, spouse, parent, friend, athlete and employee.
