RYT 200 - Certified by the Yoga on High Teacher Training Institute, Carol started practicing at this studio in 2011. It was love at first sight. Balancing Owl is a magical place where peace and good health can be found. After seeing physicians and chiropractors for hip/low back pain and finding no relief, she turned to yoga on the advice of a friend and within 3 years, was teaching at the studio, pain free.
She is committed to assisting her students to become more self-aware and to learn body awareness and breathing techniques that heal and empower. Her Gentle Yoga classes are slow-paced and include basic yoga poses, with the emphasis on body alignment rather than flow. Beginners are welcome!
