Yoga was not love at first sight for me. But after years of running and interval training, my back and knees were out of whack and my body needed healing. I turned to yoga once again and was hooked. My body felt better than it had before. Yoga also dramatically reduced my stress through new jobs and multiple cross-country moves.

I received my RYT 200 teacher training in Waco, Texas from Seva Yoga School and have been excited to share my passion with students. I received additional training in Pre-Natal Yoga through Mamata Yoga to help women move through this amazing time of transformation with more mindfulness and comfort.

I believe yoga should be fun and like to mix things up with creative flows but also give students time to find stillness. Using the power of mindfulness movement, students can expect to leave my class feeling energized, centered, and ready to take on the day.
