Angie Byas, Instructor

RYT 200, Angie has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2005 to alleviate stress and anxiety from the workplace.  This practice gradually led Angie to connect with her higher self, and she was inspired to teach others on this path.  She completed her yoga teacher training with Laurel Hodory and Mary Ellen Coleman in 2015 with an emphasis on Ashtanga and Hatha styles of yoga.  More recently, Angie has studied Yin Yoga with Tracy Rinehart.  Her classes aim to create a balance between yin and vinyasa styles of yoga.  Angie has found the most powerful transformation comes from learning the art of surrender, and she hopes to share this gem with her students.

In addition to teaching yoga, Angie is a small business attorney and currently working toward a Life and Career Coaching certification.  Angie is committed to helping wellness professionals create small businesses that serve with greater purpose.
